Hi, I'm MK!

I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, author, alchemist, healer, artist, poet and intuitive guide. My philosophy is that each and every one of you has the ability to heal yourself, only sometimes it takes a mirror to reflect the magick you've always had within. At rock bottom in my health journey, my mission to serve as that mirror was uncovered, brought to light and placed in my heart and soul to serve you on your own health journey.

My Specializations

We are all spiritual alchemists with the power to transform what is no longer serving us into wisdom. Inspired by the Native American Medicine Wheel, I work with the Sacred Four to guide clients back to their center, empowering them to trust their inner compass and remember the power that already lives within.

What Clients Say

"The first time I met with MK about health coaching, I could tell right off the bat how invested she was in wanting to help me reach my highest potential and help guide me through the struggles that I face when it comes to my health. Her attention to detail when I spoke blew me away, and I knew I was in the right hands. She is loyal, caring, and will hold you accountable. Everything you could ever want in a coach. Investing in my health while having MK guide me is an investment I’ll never regret."
